Reception staff were working hard to make everyone's stay ok. Meditation in pyramid was a treat.

Lots of things in the rooms were broken from toilets, shower heads, windows, curtains along with not being very clean.

in term of price, the room is comfortable and spacious. however, the linens are so dirty.

the friendly and interactive staff. even the manager says goodbye to us politely when we are checking out and is so responsive towards our complain. too bad, their bed linen stock is far from adequate. but I really like the room space and the air conditioning. I manage to sleep well for 2 days after my hectic trip schedule.

the bedsheets and other linens (towel set, curtain, chair sheet) is very dirty. the breakfast tastes awful with the worst juice and fruit quality as well (compared to the similar accommodation with relatively similar price range in Ubud area that I choosed last year). Not to mention,they served the worst egg benedict I've ever ate. The egg is overcooked and the rice to serve the fried rice is so bad.

False advertisement, pictures of the pool were not accurate...

False advertisement, pictures of the pool were not accurate as the pool was dirty, one was derelict and empty. The hotel itself was old, worn down and left to decay. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone as we felt very left to our own devices and the staff couldn't help us with any enquiries.

It was a little paradise surrounded by rice fields.

They hotel was in a beautiful location and the hotel offered a free shuttle service into the centre of Ubud and back. The staff were beautifully polite.

Lovely staff, nice quiet location away from the hussel of the busy streets. Beautiful old establishment with a lot of history. Large comfy bed and decent size rooms (regular double room) great value for what you get!

It was great

The staffs in the hotel were very helpful and always smiling. Especially Aryal, who was doing night shift, he was very attentive and quick in sorting out the problem that we had with the lights in our room. Also, two girls at the reception, Wainan and Listia were very cheerful and made sure that our requests was communicated to the Night Staff. We had requested for packed breakfast for 2am as we were going to Mount Batur, they actually made it ready for us on time. Breakfast was great and a good size; fresh juice and fruits. Location: to the Ubud town centre 30 min walk, by scooter/taxi -10 minutes. Hotel does not have facility for hiring scooters, so you have to walk to the town but they do free shuttle bus trips to the Ubud town centre.

This place is beautiful but only need a bit more maintenance. And another thing is if you have a heavy and lot of baggage, it might be a bit hard because the taxi does not go to the reception as there are steps before reaching the reception. But the staffs are very helpful and would definitely come and help if you shout for a help.

It's far from the center of Ubud, but can manage with free shuttles. More vegan food options would be nice (soy milk, coconut cream, avocado, etc)

MAGICAL! THANKS !

The staff lovely. They always try their best for you to be comfy and satisfied, everybody is always ready to do anything they can for you which is amazing. This hotel might not be the most modern place on earth but it’s definitely one of the best places I’ve ever stayed and I travel a lot.

As I said, it’s not very modern, the bathroom was a bit old and non practical but you’ll get use to it. The room was clean, they had air con in it.

Huge sprawling hotel surrounded by rice fields. Lots of potential. Room was a good size. Super attentive staff (most of whom are there training for the leisure/hotel industry) We had lunch and breakfast there which both were excellent. Hotel manager went over and beyond when asked for a restaurant recommendation....he actually drove us there and picked us up. Onsite SPA treatments (book 2 hours prior). Two pools. Walks setup around the rice fields which you can do yourself.

Quiet hotel (not bad thing), few guests staying. We had a Spa treatment (x 4). The room is only set up for 2 people, which was very cold. Treatment itself was very good. Outside of central Ubud (again not necessarily a bad thing). You will need taxi to travel everywhere but they are pretty cheap.

Nature is all around you!

The manager was incredibly nice with me, helping me with renting a scooter, booking buses and boats for the Gili islands, suggesting places to go, etc. It is very close to Ubud but away from the crowd, which makes it a great place to relax, enjoy the morning view of the rice fields and the delightful vegetarian cuisine.

The staff were friendly, helpful and gracious. The restaurant was great value for money... the food delicious, the ambience so peaceful I didn't want to leave!

The room was mostly clean but the bathroom wasn't perfectly clean. And when I was face down on the massage bed I got a face full of spider webs!

Peaceful place with lovely gardens. Perfect for relaxing.

The staff are trainees. They are all learning but are fantastic people and very welcoming. The building is a little old and needs maintanence but while I was there they were always busy with the upkeep. It is a bit out of Ubud maybe 5 mins in a car but there is a free shuttle twice a day. Within walking distance there are a few restaurants that are Indonesian and a supermarket and the most fantastic bakery/cafe/restaurant called odette. It's amazing I went 3 times in 3 days. There are also lots of arts and crafts places within walking distance and a huge art gallery/museum.

The building does need a bit of updating but they are doing that. The restaurant doesn't serve many dishes but maybe this is because they are trainees.

Nice hotel and staff but needs more staff, more maintenance and more cleanliness.

Very nice staff, nice pool and gardens, nice establishment.

Equipments were not good and the rooms were not clean. That’s a pity because I’m sure that the establishment used to be a nice hotel. But for the price per night (breakfast included) we cannot complain. The hotel would just need more staff and more maintenance and it would be perfect. Some stuff were missing in the room (no trash or trash not emptied before we arrived). The bed linen smelt humidity and the towels were a bit yellow and didn’t smell good. The towels were not changed everyday and some stuff were not refilled (toilet paper, bottles of water, soap, etc).

I love the outside space. Staffs were amazing inspite of overworks.

Cleanliness is appalling. Understaffs. 2 staffs cleaning for 50 rooms daily. Owners are around and too busy doing meditations instead of taking care of the place. Towels has holes and very old, and not proper sizes. This place has no shuttle/taxi of their own so don’t rely you will have free shuttle. I ended up paying my own taxi most of the time. Photos on your sights are misleading.

A bit far from restaurants etc. you will need to rent a scooter/taxi or use the shuttle to go around. Shuttle goes two times every day.
